Curriculum IPTough Study LLC retains full copyright to all videos, slide decks, and workbook templates.
License to ClientPaying clients receive a perpetual, non transferable license to use the materials for personal career growth. Distribution or resale is prohibited.
Client Supplied Materials Résumés,LinkedIn® drafts, or other personal documents remain 100 % client owned. Tough Study receives a limited license to edit and store them solely for service delivery.
Portfolio UseTough Study may excerpt anonymized before/after résumé snippets only with written client consent for marketing case studies.
TerminationUpon written request, Tough Study will permanently delete all client supplied documents within 30 days (subject to legal retention duties).
