Your personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the workbook and related materials for your own career advancement. Ownership of the content does not transfer to you.

What you may do

• Use the fillable PDF on your personal device.
• Print one personal working copy, including in black and white.
• Place your printed copy in a binder and write in it.
• Save your own answers and personal work for continued use.

What you may not do

• Share, forward, upload, or distribute the workbook to another person.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the workbook or its access.
• Republish the content online or place it in a shared resource library.
• Remove ownership notices or present Tough Study content as your own.
• Copy or adapt substantial portions into a competing workbook, course, template, service, or commercial product.

Client-specific materials

Your completed answers, confirmed career facts, and final client documents remain yours to use in your own career. Tough Study’s underlying framework, workbook text, prompts, design, templates, and instructional content remain protected.
