These terms explain the responsibilities, service boundaries, payments, cancellations, and other conditions that apply when you purchase from Tough Study.
What Tough Study provides
Tough Study provides career advancement resources and services within the scope described for the offer you purchase. The website, checkout, confirmation, and intake for that offer will identify what is included.
Your responsibility for accurate information
You are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and current information. Tough Study will not knowingly add unsupported claims, credentials, accomplishments, employment history, or other facts to your materials.
Professional judgment and review
Recommendations and draft materials are based on the information you provide. Tierre reviews client-facing work before final delivery. You remain responsible for reviewing your final materials for accuracy before using them.
No outcome guarantee
Tough Study does not guarantee interviews, employment, promotions, compensation, admission, offers, or any other result controlled by an employer, school, recruiter, or third party.
Offer scope and timing
Each offer has its own scope, client responsibilities, and timing. For Career Story Revamp, the maximum seven-calendar-day turnaround begins only after complete intake and an accessible current résumé are received. Scheduling for live services is confirmed after the required payment and intake steps.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payment is due in full before work begins. The offer-specific refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-session rules are part of these terms. Any cancellation or refund right required by applicable law takes priority over the stated business policy.
California clients
California clients receive the rights described on the California Client Rights and Compliance page. Tough Study follows the written-agreement and cancellation requirements that apply to California employment counseling services. California statutory rights take priority if they conflict with another Tough Study policy.
